We always try to explain the use of certain materials and processes to our customers-both old and new-so they get an idea of why one product costs more or less than another. Type of material, thickness, color, finish, vinyl life, reuseability of a vinyl sign as opposed to printed signs, etc., all reflect in price as well as durability. Is artwork included? Things like this should be in a standard conversation with your sign maker/graphic designer.
Our main focus is your satisfaction. We are very proud to be able to tell most customers that their project will be completed in just a few days. We can do this because, as noted below, we have a large inventory. We also have great vendors at our disposal who can usually deliver within a day or two.
We very much encourage customers whose projects involve any sort of detailed design work to come in & view the preliminary proof of their project. At this point, it's very commonplace to have a customer sitting at the desk, interactively making changes or simply fine-tuning their project with us 'live'. We try to make our current and potential customers understand that we truly encourage your interaction. But when and if we suggest changes to something brought to us-we mean not to be critical, but to be constructive. There are reasons for even the subtlest use of every design element, and we draw from all our past experiences-whether they were successful or not. We’ve learned what works from both.
